I’m Antonio. From Spain. You know me from M. Roberts’ forum. Up until two years ago, I was a commenter on your blog for four years. I recently started following his articles again, both yours and those of Anti-Capital. I do this because I’ve identified you as some of the best revolutionary socialists in the world. I’m a revolutionary socialist and I’m finishing a book closely related to this subject, which I’ll discuss later. That said, I must criticize you: your knowledge of the Second Contradiction (Geopolitics) in Capitalism isn’t the best. It’s very concise. You continue to emphasize the BRICS bloc over the USA and Europe. It seems your debates on this subject with Anti-Capital haven’t had any effect on you. Regarding your pro-BRICS position, I also recommend this recent article by Roberts, “WAPE 2025: Geopolitics, Economic Models and Multi-Polarity,” from August 10. Your last paragraph says it all: Socialism gains nothing, much less the revolution, if the BRICS bloc defeats NATO. It will simply replace one capitalist dog with another. Furthermore, the idea that the BRICS (especially Russia) will win, starting with victory in the Ukraine-Russia war, is hardly material, objective, or scientific. In response to my criticism, in the first months of the war, of your vision of a quick Russian victory, you told me that your opinion was based on up to eight online sources that you followed. Well, I’m afraid, in my view, that those sources are giving you misinformation, and after 3.5 years of war, you’re still saying that Russia, with the support of China, has won the war. I’ll just say that all the signs of defeat you see on the side can be expressed, word for word, as a sign of Russia’s likely defeat. And with more reliable data, including economic data, than yours. My book will be titled, pending anything the publisher says, “2030-2040. Russia and China in the Collapse of Capitalism. Discovering the R.E.C. (Revolutionary Economic Cycles). K. Marx and R. Luxemburg were right.” I will send you a free copy without hesitation if I think you might be interested. And I hope the book corrects you of a mistake I keep seeing: the next socialist revolution won’t be in the USA, no matter how much you appreciate financial crashes and recessions in that country with some frequency. Your attack on the USA alone is too subjective and odd. I’ve told you: revolutions, from Ancient Egypt and during Slavery, Feudalism, and Liberalism, only occur in the “worst places and at their worst times.” And the current country most likely to achieve this is the one losing the aforementioned war: Russia. But it’s not even necessary, objectively, for it to lose any war, because its nature as a savagely capitalist country since Gorbachev and Yeltsin makes it an easy candidate. The economic data, the ones that count—you know, the economic structure is what rules—of the collapse of the Russian working class point in that direction. Sorry for the long text. But this subject, the socialist revolution, with the prediction of its timing and place, has been my specialty for years. Be well, and best regards.
