   Brian, I think the graph 3, page 2, it’s wrong. The values of “COMPOSITION OF CAPITAL BASED ON VARIABLE CAPITAL” and “COMPOSITION OF CAPITAL BASED ON ANNUAL COMPENSATION” are inverted.
