HARMONISING TRANSFORMATION WITH REPRODUCTION (revised). Completing the defense of the law of value.
I return from time to time to investigate my original research on the Transformation Problem. In all cases I found the methodology I have developed to be solid. This methodology has two unique features. Firstly, as the article shows there is a double solution, the first to redistribute profits the second to reprice capital accordingly. Secondly, the stream of surplus value as well as value must be split in two, the first to reprice capital, the second to adjust profits in accordance with the repriced capital. This is why I headlined the Transformation Problem in my original article as Prices of production must yield average rates of profit not on the old capital but the newly priced capital linked here: https://theplanningmotive.com/2015/09/30/transforming-value-into-price-chapter-9-volume-3-das-kapital/ This splitting of the stream of value is key to solving the Transformation problem enabling reproduction and reproduction to be harmonised. In this article I have merely refined the distribution of value found in Table 5 (revised) to make this distribution clearer.
