I neglected to adjust the formula from Alexander which should read: The only remark I have is an aesthetic one. In my original email I put an equation object in the mail, but it seems like it appeared in code format for you, so feel free to remove the part “t = 2 \times IC \div GVA + 1″, as it should simply be t=(2*IC/GVA)+1.
