Fruit for thought!
Free association of producers. Workers in control of what to produce and the production of it. This is definitely not my forte so just thinking out loud here.
Planning begins with aggregating what each association prefers to produce. I envision a planning body that would take the aggregates to draw up a plan with recommendations. Then associations would take those recommendations and make adjustments and resubmit. I think this churning would continue until associations approve the final plan.
